Milos Krasic has admitted his disappointment at not moving to Tottenham on loan in the January transfer window, according to the Daily Mail.

The 27 year-old Serb has fallen out of favour at Juventus since Antonio Conte in charge, but turned down the chance to move to Spurs and Zenit St Petersburg believing he could regain a first team place.

It is a decision the talented winger simply regrets and one he won’t be making in the summer after conceding that he has no future in Turin.

“I decided to decline those options in the belief that I would be given chances at Juventus".

"That has proven to be a mistake and it would have been better if I had accepted one of those offers."

"It is obvious that there is no place for me here and that I have been written off".

Krasic also dismissed talk about reported transfer interest in from Chelsea, insisting it was just paper talk.

"There were many rumours about interest from Chelsea, but there was no contact with them and no offer. It was just paper talk.”
