Serie A outfit Fiorentina are preparing a January loan bid for Arsenal star Theo Walcott, Express reports.
The winger has just returned from an anterior cruciate ligament injury and has recently been eased back into the first team, but it seems Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is still uncertain over his fitness.
This has alerted Serie A side Fiorentina, who are ready to make a bid to offer the 25-year-old regular playing time alongside the likes of Guiseppe Rossi and Juan Cuadrado.
Another English player in Micah Richards is also plying his trade with the Viola, currently on-loan from Premier League rivals Manchester City.
Arsenal have an abundance of attacking midfielders in their current squad, with the likes of Alexis Sanchez, Santi Cazorla, and injured Mesut Ozil all currently ahead of Walcott in the pecking order.
The former Southampton youth product could therefore consider a move abroad until the end of the season, to prove his injuries are behind him as well as putting himself back into the England national setup.
Walcott has scored 69 goals in 282 appearances for Arsenal since he joined in 2005.
