Serie A giants Juventus are believed to be ready to meet the £40million valuation placed on Ander Herrera by Manchester United, according to Fichajes, as reported by the Metro.
The 26-year-old is said to have grown frustrated at his lack of regular playing time under manager Louis van Gaal so far this season.
He is considered a fan favourite at Old Trafford, with the supporters often voicing their concerns over his manager’s decision to leave him on the bench.
Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri is currently in the market for more reinforcements and is now considering a deal to bring Herrera to Italy.
United recently revealed that the midfielder is worth £40million in hopes of warding away interest, but could decide to part ways with the Spaniard if his fee is met.
Herrera has only registered nine Premier League starts from a possible 20 matches while featuring a further four times from the bench this term, scoring two and providing another two.
