Iturbe’s electric pace is likely to have interested La Viola, whilst it has been reported that he requested a move in the upcoming transfer window.

The youngster has only scored one goal so far this season and it is thought than an offer of around €10million should be enough to tempt Roma into a sale.

Fiorentina are believed to be looking to shop all around Europe this summer, and have also been linked with a move for Benfica defender, Lisandro Lopez.

As Serie A looks to be tighter at the top than it has been for years, this window could be crucial for both clubs.
