The DR Congo ace enjoyed a fantastic 2014/15 campaign, in which he built on his reputation as a dangerous wide attacker as the Eagles finished the season with a strong run of form.
His performances attracted Liverpool a few months ago, and Alan Pardew responded by slapping a surprise £40m price-tag on the 25-year-old.
However, interest from the Reds is thought to have cooled, and reports now claim that West Ham, Spurs and Villa are circling.
Palace have received enquiries from all three sides and are expecting official bids from at least two.
While Spurs would seem the most likely side to make a concrete swoop, West Ham have shown ambition in the transfer market already this summer and Villa have recently sanctioned big money deals to allow Christian Benteke and Fabian Delph to move to Liverpool and Manchester City respectively.
