Stoke offer choice of forwards in exchange for English striker

Stoke City are keen to sign West Bromwich Albion forward Saido Berahino this summer.

And reports in the Stoke Sentinel suggest the Potters are offering one of three forwards in part exchange for the English youngster.

Tony Pulis, former Stoke boss, will be offered his choice at Joselu, Peter Crouch or Mame Diouf in part exchange for the Baggies forward, as once again the 23-year-old tries to push an exit out of the Hawthorns.

Berahino only scored 4 goals season, 10 less than his tally for the 2014-15 season, and is a top target for Stoke boss Mark Hughes.

Hughes isn’t desperate to sell one of the 3 forwards, but would be willing to as Berahino’s addition would mean an overload in striking options.

Crouch only played 11 games last season without scoring, whilst Joselu had much more game time, scoring 4 times from his 22 league appearances.

Diouf went one better, scoring 5 league goals from 26 league games in his second season at the newly named bet365 stadium.
