Stoke City are set to conclude a deal to sign Norwich City winger Nathan Redmond after the England under-21 attacker rejected a new contract at Carrow Road, The Mirror report.
The Canaries fought hard in 2015-16 but were relegated at the first time of asking and will now play their football back in the Championship next season.
A number of Alex Neill’s players are expected to make a move elsewhere as a result, with Redmond one of those in most demand.
The flying wideman has been linked with a host of Premier League sides but it appears that Stoke will win the race to land him.
A £10 million fee will be required to sign Redmond, who is believed to be good friends with Potters goalkeeper Jack Butland from their mutual time together at England age-grade level.
His arrival will give Mark Hughes another option in the final third and could well be landed as cover for Marko Arnautovic, who is reportedly ready to leave the Britannia Stadium.
