Swansea are preparing to move for Hal Robson-Kanu this summer as they look to add to their squad after a troubled 2015/16 campaign, as per the Mirror.
The 26 year old is used as a winger by Reading, despite being a central striker for Wales, and is believed to be eyeing up a move to the top flight this summer.
The Swans were threatened by relegation for much of this season and Robson-Kanu is the sort of player they would target to reinforce their squad and stave off another relegation battle. The Reading winger’s contract expires at the end of this season and the Welsh international could be about to return to his home country as he searches for Premier League football.
Swansea were thought to be keen on the winger last summer, but the Royals demanded £5 million for the player and it put off any potential buyers. Robson-Kanu will be available for free this summer and would be a brilliant addition for the Welsh club.
