Tevez wants Milan move

Carlos Tevez has told the Argentine media that his heart is set on a move to AC Milan, as the forward’s desire to leave Manchester City in January starts to run out of time.

The temperamental striker has no future at the Etihad Stadium after numerous acts of indiscipline, and is currently back in his homeland after going AWOL.

With both Milan clubs and Paris Saint-Germain fighting it our for the South American’s signature, potential transfers have hit the rocks due to City’s insistence on a large transfer fee, and the attacker’s huge wages.

Despite all three clubs eager to add him to their squads, Tevez has given a clear indication of where he hopes his future lies.

“I see myself only in the red and black shirt, I am hoping for Milan,” he told m24digital.

The Scudetto holders had previously withdrawn from negotiations over Tevez due to Alexandre Pato refusing to move to PSG, and the protracted nature of the potential transfer.

Despite Tevez’s wish to join Massimiliano Allegri’s men, the chance of this happening may be impacted by the news that the Italian champions are on the verge of completing a deal for Catania forward Maxi Lopez.
