Tottenham defender interesting Premier League rivals

Leicester City are looking to bring Tottenham Hotspur’s Kyle Naughton to the King Power Stadium, that is according to Sky Sports.

It is being reported that the bid for the 26-year-old is in the region of £3million, as Nigel Pearson looks to improve a Foxes’ defence that has let in the joint-second highest amount of goals so far this season (33), with Queens Park Rangers the only side to concede more than Leicester with 37.

Naughton, who joined Spurs from Sheffield United in 2009, made 22 appearances in England’s top flight last season, however, Mauricio Pochettino hasn’t used the Englishman as frequently with the defender making just five Premier League starts so far in the 2014/15 campaign – the right-back received two red cards during those five games, though.

Leicester welcome Stoke City to the King Power Stadium this Saturday as they look to move themselves from off the bottom of the Premier League table.
