Tottenham are planning a summer move for Blackpool winger Tom Ince, according to the Mirror.
Liverpool have been strongly linked with their former player but, despite repeated attempts to land him, they consistently fail to offer the fee that would see Blackpool chief Karl Oyston sell and now they look likely to miss out.
Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas is looking for a player who can provide some competition for England international Aaron Lennon and their supremo Daniel Levy wants to agree a fee with the Seasiders as soon as possible.
Brendan Rodgers is keen to bring the player back to Anfield but after repeatedly failing to offer the right amount of cash, Blackpool may well sell to the highest bidder in the summer.
Blackpool manager Paul Ince has previously suggested that his son is worth in excess of £25m, although you do sense that the Tangerines will be open to offers around the £10m mark.
