Tottenham Hotspur have received a triple boost ahead of their match against Manchester United as Jan Vertonghen, Erik Lamela, and Clinton N’Jie have all recovered from injury, Football Insider reports.
The mentioned trio are all in contention for a place in the match day squad as Mauricio Pochettino looks to continue their fight to overtake league leaders Leicester City.
Vertonghen is closing in on a returning to full fitness after spending the past two months on the sidelines, with Kevin Wimmer being called up to take his place.
Attacking duo Lamela and N’Jie are also set to feature after taking part in full training this past Wednesday as they prepare for the vital clash.
Spurs are currently second on the Premier League table, but are seven points behind the Foxes, with only seven matches left to be played before the end of the campaign.
United also need all three points given that they only trail fourth place side Manchester City by a point as they look to finish the season with a spot in the top four.
