Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed the signing of USA international DeAndre Yedlin, Express reports.
Spurs agreed on a £2.5million deal with the youngster during the summer, but Yedlin was unable to work in the United Kingdom due to difficulties getting a work permit.
However with the Major League Soccer season finished, the 21-year-old is set to join the Lilywhites in January after Tottenham confirmed his imminent arrival on Twitter.

Manager Mauricio Pochettino also expressed his delight with the signing, stating: “Yedlin is a young player with great potential who has already achieved a lot in the MLS.
“It is important for his development that he is given the time to adapt to his new surroundings both on and off the pitch.
“We believe that by coming to us in January it will give him the best opportunity to do so.”
