Tottenham Hotspur are ready to make Harry Kane their highest-ever earner by offering him a new contract, with The Express stating that the England international forward could earn £120,000 per week by signing on the dotted line.
Spurs have been on a mission to extend a host of their key players deals and have convinced Dele Alli, Eric Dier, Christian Eriksen, Kyle Walker and Danny Rose to pen new contracts in recent times.
Kane is a fans’ favourite at White Hart Lane after coming through the club’s youth academy and starring for the North London side over recent seasons.
The England international finished last season as the Premier League’s top goalscorer, netting 25 goals in the top flight and helping to fire Mauricio Pochettino’s men to a third-placed finish.
Kane is currently on the sidelines after picking up an ankle injury against Sunderland last week and is expected to be unavailable for about two months.
Despite this, the English centre forward’s importance to Spurs cannot be understated and the Premier League side are eager to tie their talisman down to a new contract.
