Tottenham are ready to ward off interest in star duo Dele Alli and Harry Kane by offering the pair new five-year contracts, The Sun report.
The homegrown stars have been critical to Spurs’ progressive start to the new campaign and have been starring for England also.
Kane, who scored 31 goals for the North London side in his breakthrough season in 2014-15, continues to be a driving force in attack and has recently found his shooting boots after a barren start to the current campaign.
Alli was signed from MK Dons over the summer and has been an immediate revelation, starring in central midfield alongside Eric Dier.
Kane is reportedly on £45,000 per week currently, with his new deal boosting his salary to £70,000 per week, while Alli’s wages would be doubled from £12,500 to £25,000 a week.
If the pair were to put pen to paper, the contracts would cost Tottenham in the region of £25 million to keep them at White Hart Lane.
