Watford and Everton are among a host of Premier League teams said to be scouting Jordan Lukaku, according to DH Net.
The 21-year-old is the brother of Toffees striker Romelu and is being tipped to have a bright future in the sport.
Lukaku is a promising left-back and made the brave call to leave boyhood club Anderlecht and join Oostende back in 2014, where he has been assured more regular football.
The defender has also been capped by Belgium on two occasions and continues to impress in his homeland.
Watford have excelled in their first season back in the Premier League and are expected to sign a host of new players this summer to replicate the feat in 2016-17.
Everton are also set for summer upheavals, with potential for a new manager and a change in the playing squad.
The report suggests that both Arsenal and Tottenham are keeping tabs on Lukaku also.
