Watford have opened talks with Arsenal target Aly Malle over a possible summer move as they look to reinforce their attack, according to reports from the Daily Mail.
The 17-year-old is also being linked with Liverpool, Manchester City, as well as Paris Saint-Germain, and is currently on trial with teams in France and Germany.
However, the striker is believed to be interested in completing a move to the Premier League, with the Hornets emerging as favourites for his signature.
He has already featured for the senior Nigeria international team and was voted the third best player in the Under-17 World Cup when his side finished second.
The Premier League outfits are said to have already begun negotiating a deal for the player with his family as well as current side Black Stars.
Despite being heavily linked with a move for the forward, manager Quique Flores refused to fuel speculation over the potential transfer as he is only focused on the current campaign.
“You need to wait until there is news because there are always rumours. But we have to think well because the future is important. But now we are focussing on the present,” he said.
