The Nigeria international has shown glimpses of brilliance for the Hawthorns club over the last couple of seasons, but struggled with injuries in 2011-12.
However, with Arsenal linked with the Baggies man in the past, Odemwingie has admitted that he wants to challenge for silverware in the near future.
“It is time for me to struggle for silverware not just for survival in the Premier League,” he told The Sun.
“I hope I will leave West Brom keeping warm relations with everybody.
“I would consider any proposals — even from Russia. But my aim is to stay in England.”
The attacker scored 11 goals for West Brom last season, but also had disciplinary problems at the start of the campaign.
