West Ham United have reached an agreement with Valencia over their move to sign Toni Martinez, according to reports from the Mirror.
The 18-year-old will complete his switch to the Premier League for a fee of £750,000, but has a 20% sell-on clause, along with a host of other bonuses and clauses included into the deal.
He caught the eye of the Hammers after scoring over 100 goals for the Spanish outfits at youth level and is set to see his wages increase more than five times after agreeing to the terms of the move.
Manager Slaven Bilic is ready to reinforce his squad in the summer given that they could be competing in the Champions League next season.
They are currently sitting fifth on the league table, level on points with Manchester United, and only one away from Manchester City in fourth.
However, West Ham are also likely to add another forward into their ranks, with City star Wilfried Bony and Liverpool striker Christian Benteke both possible candidates.
