West Ham United have turned their attentions to a possible summer deal to sign Manchester City ace Wilfried Bony, according to reports from the Mirror.
The 27-year-old has struggled to hold down a regular role since his arrival from Swansea City during the 2015 January window.
He has been unable to overtake star striker Sergio Aguero and is now ready to leave the Etihad in search of a club that can offer him more playing time.
Hammers boss Slaven Bilic is currently in the market for another striker and has added Bony to his shortlist of potential summer additions.
Apart from the Ivory Coast international, Bilic is also being linked with Marseille’s Michy Batshuayi, Liverpool’s Christian Benteke, Lyon’s Alexandre Lacazette, and even Paris Saint-Germain’s Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
His side could be in line to bring in a host of top players given that they can still finish the current Premier League campaign with a spot in Europe.
