West Ham United centre-back Winston Reid is set to return from injury this weekend when the Hammers face Tottenham Hotspur, according to reports from the Mirror.
Reid has been heavily linked with a move to Spurs this summer, and will see this as the perfect opportunity to show his potential new club he deserves to make the switch to White Hart Lane.
The New Zealand international will be available for free at the end of the season as he plays out the final four months of his contract.
Reid has missed West Ham’s last three fixtures with a hamstring injury, but is expected to give Irons manager Sam Allardyce a big boost by returning to face Spurs on Sunday.
Allardyce is also hoping that James Collins recovers from a hamstring problem, leaving Andy Carroll the only man on the injury table.
West Ham were performing better than expected this season, with the Hammers at one point challenging to stay in the top four.
