West Ham striker CLEARED of repercussions after Manchester United incident

West Ham United striker Diafra Sakho is cleared of any wrongdoing after the striker was accused of head-butting Manchester United’s Luke Shaw, leaving him with a black eye, Mirror reports.

After the FA reviewed footage from the match, they believed that it was a red card offence, meaning he will not get any type of ban, clearing him to feature for the Hammer’s upcoming matches.

Shaw, 19, was seen voicing his discontent at the linesman when the incident happened, but no actions were taken, leaving the decision to the FA.

However, United looks to forget the issue as their young left-back made his first competitive debut for the club in a match where they came out eventual 2-1 winners.

Sakho, will also be relieved no actions were taken on the alleged head-butt as he looks to continue his great scoring form for Sam Allardyce after the 24-year-old notched his fourth goal in five games.
