West Ham United are considering a loan deal to sign Manchester United outcast Anders Lindegaard, according to reports from the Daily Mail.
The 31-year-old has been linked with an exit as manager Louis van Gaal is unlikely to include him in his plans this season.
The Danish ace is said to have been given permission to leave the Premier League giants, with French side Rennes among the teams considering his services.
However, despite being allowed to leave on a free transfer, the Hammers are only looking for a short-term replacement to Adrian, who is serving a three-match ban after being sent off against Leicester City at the weekend.
Summer signing Sergio Romero is currently regarded as the first-choice keeper after starting all three of the club’s previous fixtures with 22-year-old Sam Johnstone serving as backup.
