Hull City have rejected a £7 million offer from West Ham United for highly rated left-back Andrew Robertson according to The Daily Mail.
The Hammers are sweating over the full-back position after first-choice Aaron Cresswell picked up a serious ligament injury in pre-season that will keep him on the sidelines for a number of months.
With no obvious replacement in Slaven Bilic’s current squad, the London Stadium outfit are being tipped to look to the transfer market for a loan or permanent deal.
Robertson has impressed for Hull since moving south of the border and the Scotland international is ready to feature in the Premier League in 2016-17.
However, the newly promoted side are eager to keep the Scot this summer and have told West Ham that it will take £15 million to see Robertson move to east London.
The 22-year-old Glaswegian played 44 Championship games in Hull’s promotion campaign last season, scoring three goals.
