Watch: Is it time up for Carvalhal?

Sheffield Wednesday have bottled it in the play-offs for the second season in a row.

Both The Owls and Huddersfield boasted charismatic coaches on the touchline on Wednesday but in the end it was David Wagner doing his customary victory dance alongside it. Carlos Carvalhal has transformed Wednesday into promotion hopefuls in both of his seasons at the helm, improving their league position each year.
