If you're thinking of taking charge of Chelsea on Football Manager 2018 then you need to make sure you put an end to the club's reputation of not utilising youth players.

The Blues have been heavily criticised over the years for stock-piling young players, loaning them out to clubs all over the world but never really have any intention of giving them first team opportunities.

Recently we've seen a handful of said youth players growing sick and tired of the limited first team opportunities afforded to them and forcing permanent moves away from Stamford Bridge, but what would happen if a number of these youngsters were given a proper chance?
