The Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK is encouraging men, women and children across the UK to dig out their football shirts on Friday 26 April and donate £5 to help fund life-saving bowel cancer research.

It is a disease that sadly took one of football’s all-time greats from us in Bobby Moore back in 1993. Shortly after, his widow Stephanie Moore MBE set up a foundation in his name, a cause that has raised £26m since it began and has helped mortality rates drop by 30%.
