How’s it going guys?
A weekend of Premier League action is nearly upon us, and that means it’s time for another Premier Picks segment from a member of the Hashtag United squad.
This week, we’ve spoken to Tashan Richmond to get his thoughts on what the weekend’s Premier League action has in store for us.
Let’s take a look at what Tash has gone for…
“I’m gonna say 5-0 to City in this one. They’re at home, and they had a good result in the week with a 5-1 Champions League win. Villa are a decent side but I can just see it being one of those games for City where they tear the opposition apart.”
“Everton have struggled so far this season, but they have got a really good team with the likes of Richarlison, Moise Kean and Alex Iwobi. I think they’re gonna take this one 2-1.”
“Watford are really struggling at the bottom with just four points from nine games. Contrastingly, Bournemouth are playing some decent stuff this season under Eddie Howe – he’s a top coach. I’m gonna go with a 2-0 win for Bournemouth in this one.”
“To be honest, West Ham are one of the only teams I haven’t really watched this season. Obviously Sheffield United beat Arsenal on Monday, but I’m gonna go with a 3-1 win for West Ham.”
“Chelsea have been looking quite good recently and won against Ajax in the Champions League in midweek – that was their sixth win in a row. I can’t see Burnley troubling them too much, but I reckon they’ll score one as they’re at home.”
“I’m gonna say 1-1. Again, I haven’t really watched these two teams that much this season, but Wolves aren’t quite yet the Wolves that they were last season. As they’re away, I’m gonna say it’ll be a draw rather than a Wolves win.”
“I know what Arsenal are like! Up against Wilfried Zaha as well, there’s only gonna be one winner – I’m gonna say 2-1 to Palace.”
“Liverpool vs Spurs, at Anfield as well. I’m gonna say a big 3-0 win for Liverpool. Spurs are struggling at the moment as well so I think they’re there for the taking.”
“Hmmmm. I’m going with 1-1. United are away from home, not like it makes much difference as they’re rubbish at home as it is anyway! Norwich are okay, but there aren’t really any goals in both teams, so yeah, 1-1.”
