Four replacements for the Rangers targets Caixinha is struggling to sign

After Rangers’ recent friendly with Ligue 1 side Marseille, Pedro Caixinha revealed to reporters┬áthat he was still looking for two more quality first-team signings this summer before the transfer window shuts at the end of August.

The Daily Record reported that the duo in question were Heart of Midlothian winger and Aberdeen midfielder Kenny McLean. However, with neither club apparently not keen on selling, especially to a Scottish Premiership rival, what Caixinha wants might not be what he gets.

It’s clear from that report that the Portuguese is still looking for a winger and a midfielder to add an edge to the squad ahead of the new season and provide the creativity for the likes of Eduardo Herrera and Alfredo Morelos to capitalise on.
