Tottenham Hotspur breezed into the final four of the FA Cup on Sunday with a storming win over visitors Millwall at White Hart Lane.

Winning 6-0, Spurs booked their place in the semi-finals with style. Son Heung-min was the hero of the day, netting a hat-trick. That effort was complement by goals from Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Vincent Janssen.

The Lilywhites will now face a blockbuster tie at Wembley with Manchester City and Arsenal also making it through to the semis, due to be joined by either Manchester United or Chelsea who play on Monday night.

It didn't all go Spurs' way though, with star man Harry Kane having to go off injured after seven minutes, which could be a big blow to their ambitions in the final part of the season.

These are the FIVE things we learned from the match...

Losing Kane is a massive worry

With 24 goals this season, Harry Kane has been nothing short of a sensation for Spurs. He's dragged them through some tough spells, turned on the style to entertain supporters and generally be the juggernaut they've needed to propel themselves into second position in the English Premier League.

The fact he had to leave the pitch in the 7th minute is of course then a massive worry to Mauricio Pochettino and Spurs supporters, who know that the Englishman's goals have been so vital to their campaign so far.

He'll have a scan on Monday to reveal the full of extent of the injury and while he managed to limp off under his own power, everyone connected to the club will be waiting anxiously this week to hear news of what it means for the rest of his season.

Son Heung-min knows how to silence a crowd

The best way to silence jeers from the opposition supporters is to bang in a few goals against them and that's exactly what Son Heung-min did at White Hart Lane. The South Korean international was singled out by the Millwall fans during the match and as The Telegraph reports, they could face punishment from the Football Association for the behaviour.

Son handled the situation with grace and poise, bagging a fantastic hat-trick to ruin the travelling fans' day and endear himself further with the White Hart Lane faithful.

With Kane potentially out for a few weeks, it could very well be up to him to lead the Spurs attacking charge.

Vincent Janssen finally showing a bit about him

If it's not Son Heung-min who steps up in Harry Kane's absence then it could well be Vincent Janssen who scored his first goal from open play for the club on Sunday.

While it of course prompted multiple jokes of 'he's found his level', scoring against a League One side, it at least showed that he can actually find the net for his side, after a much hyped move to the club last summer. This could be the kickstart he needs to have a successful Spurs career and shouldn't be sniffed at.

Spurs are determined to win this trophy

What's perhaps the clearest lesson from Sunday's Spurs performance is just how determined they are to win the FA Cup for the first time since 1991. Mauricio Pochettino senses major honours at the club and he's equipped his side with that steely, winning determination to get the job done at all costs.

A home game against a League One side could well have seen complacency sneak into their performance but Spurs were excellent throughout and never really took their foot off the pedal.

They look extremely motivated and it's because they sense this could be a momentous season for the club.

Spurs can be impressive without Kane

Losing Harry Kane is of course a massive blow but Spurs at least showed that they can put on a stellar performance without their star man. Multiple players stepped up in his place, not least Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen.

Kane is the focal point of the entire Spurs set-up, their whole game revolves around him, so they may have struggled when he went off in the opening minutes.

And despite facing League One opposition it was still an impressive performance. Onwards and upwards for the White Hart Lane side.
