Three reasons Everton target Sandro Ramirez could be the signing of the summer

According to reports on BBC Football, Everton are in talks to bring Malaga forward Sandro Ramirez to the Premier League this summer.

The 21-year-old only joined the La Liga outfit from Barcelona last year, but he made a huge impression in his first season playing regularly at that level and the BBC says the striker had attracted interest from Atletico Madrid.

However, Diego Simeone’s side are unable to bring him in as they have a transfer ban which doesn’t end until the January transfer window, which has allowed the Merseyside outfit to swoop in.

Toffees manager Ronald Koeman has already released Arouna Kone and seen Enner Valencia return to West Ham United following a season-long loan spell – along with the continued uncertainty over the future of Romelu Lukaku – and he needs new attacking players and getting the former Barca man could prove to be quite the coup.
