Mauricio Pochettino's Spurs side are hoping to be competitive on three fronts in the second half of the season: in the Europa League, the Premier League and the FA Cup.

That means a kind cup draw at home to Wycombe Wanderers will be a very welcome thing to the Tottenham boss. It does provide a dilemma, but one which, if managed correctly, should be a real positive to the Lilywhites.

Pochettino has a chance to give some of his biggest stars a rest ahead of midweek Premier League action and a heavy schedule to follow thereafter, and that means that some less-establish stars and youngsters have a chance to stake a claim for a more regular game at White Hart Lane.

They can't, of course, take Wycombe too lightly and the Spurs boss must get the balance right between rotation and strength. Luckily he has a number of talented youngsters he can turn to that can guide them through the tie.

Here are THREE such youngsters who deserve the chance to show what they can do today...

Harry Winks

Although still just 20-years-old, Harry Winks has managed to establish himself as a familiar face to Spurs fans this season with 22 appearances for the north London club. The vast majority of those have, admittedly, come from the bench, but he's not far away from securing a regular starting berth.

The England U-21 international has made seven starts, though, including one in the last round of the FA Cup against Aston Villa.

The highlight of his season undoubtedly came when he started a Premier League match against West Ham and scored a vital goal in a 3-2 win. His full potential was on show that evening and if he turns up in the same manner against Wycombe then he has every chance of dominating the game.

Cameron Carter-Vickers

19-year-old Cameron Carter-Vickers has only seen action in a Spurs shirt this season in the domestic cups, but after his display in the last round against Aston Villa, he deserves another shot at showing what he can do.

The United States youth international was one of the team's best performers that day, especially in defence, looking more impressive than the likes of Toby Alderweireld.

That should be enough to secure another start, despite a shaky showing in the EFL Cup away to Liverpool earlier this season.

Having spent the last seven years coming through the Spurs academy, he's made the breakthrough into the first-team just this season and a good showing against Wycombe could be a huge step towards getting a more regular game.

Georges-Kevin N'Koudou

A summer signing from Marseille, Georges-Kevin N'Koudou is still settling into life at Tottenham Hotspur. He's only made one start for the Lilywhites this season, in the EFL Cup, with the rest of his eleven appearances coming off the bench.

He has the quality required to shine against Wycombe, though. He was a stunning performer in Ligue 1 and in Europe last season for the French club, scoring ten goals in all competitions from the wing.

His performances haven't been quite at that level for Spurs, even if you take into account his limited time from the bench, so this match is an important one for the 21-year-old Frenchman.

Coming off the bench against Villa in the last round, his assist helped Ben Davies net the vital opener in the 70th minute. The home crowd will be hoping for a similar contribution should he feature against the League Two side.
