Arsenal got their season back on track last Saturday against Swansea and head into the weekend's action confident of picking up another three points.

The visitors to the Emirates Stadium on Saturday are Burnley and even Clarets fans would admit they are up against it in their quest for a result. Or at least, that's the script written.

The Gunners have most certainly gone off script in recent weeks and defeats to Everton and Manchester City were compounded by a poor draw away to Bournemouth.

The visit of Burnley presents the chance to build off the back of that exceptional 4-0 win away to Swansea and make the other in-form teams around them aware that they are going nowhere over the next few months.

What say the stats ahead of this fixture? How will this one pan out? Here are THREE numerical gems you need to know ahead of Arsenal vs. Burnley...

By a distance

Arsenal have enjoyed good form against Burnley in recent years. Not only have they won their last five in all competitions against the Clarets, they've been doing so in style.

The Gunners have scored at least two goals against Burnley in their last four home matches against the side.

The last Premier League encounter between the two ended in a 3-0 victory for the North London side, thanks to a double from Alexis Sanchez.

A two-goal head-start pretty much guarantees victory for Arsenal so if they can keep that trend going on Saturday then the three points will definitely be Wenger's.

Arsenal have only lost one Premier League match at the Emirates Stadium this season and that came on the opening day, against one of the best teams in England at the moment - Liverpool.

Burnley have a mountain to climb and must do what the likes of Chelsea and Spurs haven't this season if they're to come away with a massive win.

Backed by Gunners supporters, Arsenal have a belief they can win no matter what. The visit of Stoke in December proved that.

Arsenal went a goal down but rallied and eventually ran out comfortable 3-1 winners. Even if you get ahead away to Wenger's side, they'll usually find a way to get themselves back in it.

The struggle on the road is real

In stark contrast to Arsenal's home form is Burnley's away record. They've only managed to pick up one point on the road in the Premier League this season - a draw at Old Trafford.

They have given a good account of themselves at places like the Etihad Stadium and White Hart Lane but they've been unable to turn performances into results. If their home performances hadn't been so good this season, they'd likely be in the relegation mire.

There have been some heavy defeats too with West Brom, Chelsea and Stoke all scoring three or more goals against them in their own manors.

Sean Dyche will be hoping for a more committed performance this weekend.
