Tottenham Hotspur are having a fantastic season in the Premier League, playing some beautiful football and staying well on track to qualify for the Champions League for the second season in a row.

On Saturday they face a very different test in the shape of League Two outfit Wycombe Wanderers. The Chairboys visit White Hart Lane hoping to cause the mother of all FA Cup upsets and do the impossible, beat Premier League high-flyers on their own turf.

Wanderers are currently pushing for promotion in League Two, sitting comfortably in a play-off position and dreaming of playing in League One for the first time since 2011/12.

All that goes on the back-burner this weekend, though, when they attempt to reach the Fifth Round of the cup for the first time since their incredible journey to the semi-final of the competition in 2001.

Is there any chance at all for them to earn a draw or a victory on Saturday? The magic of the FA Cup will always make that answer a yes.

Here are THREE things that point to a potential Wycombe victory...

Spurs' recent cup record

Spurs' recent record in the FA Cup is fairly abysmal - they've only gone beyond this stage of the competition three times in the last nine attempts.

For a side that consistently finishes in a European qualifying position in the Premier League, they really should be doing better.

The last time they exited the competition at this stage was two years ago when Leicester City shocked them at White Hart Lane in a 2-1 victory.

That poor recent history in the competition must give Wycombe fans hope they can be the latest to pile cup misery of the Lilywhites, becoming the 7th team in a decade to put them out before the Fifth Round.

Crazy form of Kashket

Scott Kashket will be one of Wycombe's main attacking threats on Saturday and the away fans have plenty of reason to think he can realise his potential and make a massive impact on the big stage.

The 20-year-old has scored an incredible eight goals in his last ten games, part of twelve overall this term in 16 appearances. That's deadly form at any level and if he can bring that sort of impact into the game at White Hart Lane then the Chairboys most certainly have a chance.

The winger has already shone brightly in the competition this year, scoring a hat-trick in the Second Round away to Chesterfield in a 5-0 win.

He's clearly enjoying his time at the club and in the FA Cup. With the pressure off on the weekend, he has the opportunity to really show what he can do.

Akinfenwa is in the mood

For a player who has never played at a higher level than League One, Adebayo Akinfenwa has a very high profile presence in English football.

We all know that's because of his build and his strength, but can he make a name for himself for other reasons this weekend?

It was Akinfenwa's goal in the last round that booked the Spurs clash - he scored late in the game against Stourbridge to make it a 2-1 victory.

He has previous against Premier League opposition too, equalising for AFC Wimbledon against Liverpool in a 2015 Third Round tie. It wasn't enough to cause an upset but it showed that the big man can do it against top opposition.

With six goals in his last ten appearances, it certainly seems he's hitting form at the right time and could repeat his FA Cup scoring exploits on Saturday, even though he faces top class opposition.
