On Tuesday, Bradford City announced that they had completed the loan signing of Leeds United defender Paudie O'Connor for the remainder of the season.

O'Connor made four Championship appearances for Leeds last term, but was deemed surplus to requirements ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.

The defender spent the first half of this season on loan with Blackpool, but has now made the move to Bradford, who are struggling in League One.

The 21-year-old's arrival was announced by Bradford's official Twitter account on Tuesday afternoon.

And that led to a number of the Bradford fans taking to social media to air their views on the new arrival.

Bradford have won four of their last five matches in the league, but still sit down in 21st position in the third tier.

The club are expected to be busy this month, although the Bradford fans have already revealed that they do not want Shay McCartan to be recalled from Lincoln City.
