Sunderland fans have been reacting to the news that Didier Ndong’s move to Torino is back on, and they’re excited to start a new era under Stewart Donald and Jack Ross.
It is never a good thing to lose a whole host of first team players, but for Sunderland this summer feels like a breathe of fresh air, a new life even.
The Black Cats’ new ownership need to do everything possible to avoid the mistakes of past regimes, and that starts with shifting players that don’t want to be at the club.
The recruitment at the Stadium of Light has been dreadful for quite some time, and reports suggest yet another transfer flop is about to leave the club.
According to Roker Report, Ndong’s move to Torino is “still possible”, and the player will meet with the club this week to facilitate a move.
The Black Cats have already made three summer signings, and shifting players like Ndong will allow them to bring in even more.
Fans are happy to see the back of the Gabonese international, and they’re looking forward to seeing what players the funds can bring in.

Will miss his composure on the ball, his great tackling and shooting ability. Just like we’ve missed it for the last couple of seasons. Can only think of Rodwell who has been worse value than N’Dong. Even Flo was better.
