Former Premier League star Nigel Jemson insists that Manchester United’s Mason Greenwood is set to become a superstar in the coming seasons.

The England international has broken through at Old Trafford in recent seasons and will turn 20 next month.

The winger, who can also play as a striker, has made a total of 110 appearances for the club and has scored 32 goals, while also registering 10 assists.

Greenwood has also won one cap for the Three Lions, and Jemson believes that he has all the attributes required to become one of the best players in the world over the next few years.

Already this season, the teenager has made five Premier League appearances, scoring three times, in the first three outings of the campaign, as United have made an unbeaten start to the campaign, and he has continued to be picked even after the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus in the summer.

Jemson said: “Greenwood is playing on the right. He comes in off the right on his left foot, he’s an exciting prospect, and he’s going to be a big star of the future, of course he is.”
