Manchester United will be looking to make it two wins on the trot when they take on Newcastle United at Old Trafford.

The title-chasing Red Devils return to Premier League action later tonight after Thursday's 4-0 victory over Real Sociedad in the Europa League.

That result was United's first win since they thrashed nine-man Southampton 9-0 and they now face a Magpies side who are struggling for form as they turn their attention to getting their title challenge back on track.

Here's how Football FanCast predict Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will set his side up when they face-off against Newcastle.

Solskjaer could make as many as five changes to the team which thumped Real Sociedad in midweek, with several of his key players pushing for a recall.

Dean Henderson came into the side for the Europa League win over the two-time La Liga champions but first-choice stopper David de Gea should return between the sticks for the visit of Newcastle behind a back four consisting of Luke Shaw, who replaces Alex Telles, alongside Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Lindelof will most likely come in for Eric Bailly, while Maguire, who has established himself as Solskjaer's first-choice centre-back after his arrival from Leicester City, will stay in that position with Shaw and Wan-Bissaka also resuming their regular league spots on the opposite flanks.

Unfortunately for Solskjaer, it appears his side have suffered a setback after it was revealed Scott McTominay remains an injury doubt, which means Nemanja Matic could be recalled beside Fred, with the Serbian having replaced the Scotsman in the second half on Thursday night.

Elsewhere, Marcus Rashford should resume his usual place on the left-hand side of the pitch, while the likes of Bruno Fernandes and Mason Greenwood are also expected to keep their places.

Edinson Cavani is also a doubt, however, which means Anthony Martial could come in for the former Paris Saint-Germain striker, with Greenwood shifting back to the right wing.
