By securing a deal to sign the dynamo from Villa, Newcastle can land a future star in the Premier League as he has shown immense potential in his short career so far.

The 18-year-old has already broken into Gerrard’s first-team and made 12 appearances in the top-flight last term, registering one assist.

He made his breakthrough after scoring 13 goals and registering 13 assists in 54 appearances for the club’s U18 and U23s combined. The gem showcased his ability to make a big impact in the final third from a number eight role, which led to him making his Premier League bow in 2021/22.

Chukwuemeka has also made waves at international level with five goals in 11 caps for England at U19 level, scoring in the U19’s European Championships final this summer as he helped his country to glory.

Talent scout Jacek Kulig recently dubbed him a “superstar in the making” and previously described him as a “special talent“.
