Anybody who is anybody in the FIFA 16 world knows who the promising youngster Youri Tielemans is. But, just in case you don't play the game, he is a Belgian midfielder, born on the 7th May 1997, with the potential to reach a rating of 90 on the game. With this potential, why have teams not taken the risk and signed up this player in reality?

As a FIFA player, I often see Tielemans go for crazy sums, and for the last few years I have believed that he will become one of the best players in the world. Currently at Anderlecht, he is already being billed by those around him as the next big thing and being likened to good players like Axel Witsel. As a player, he started off playing as a defensive midfielder, before being pushed further up field, scoring eight goals last season, and four so far this term.

When you consider the talent that Belgium have produced, players like Kevin De Bruyne, Eden Hazard, Jan Vertonghen, Thibaut Courtois, Christian Benteke, Romelu Lukaku, it's no surprise to be talking about Tielemans, and hopefully sooner rather than later we should see him play for one of the big guns.

At the age of 18 he has already played more than 100 games for Anderlecht, and with Manchester United, Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund supposedly sniffing around him, it may not be long before he's moved to an elite league.

With Belgian players having a good success rate in the Premier League, you would hope that this would be his first stop, rather than going elsewhere. At any club he can be a useful player, being likened to Frank Lampard and having Zinedine Zidane as his hero, he certainly has promise. At Anderlecht he has built a solid partnership with Steven Defour, another Belgian player who is being talked about as a real gem.

Tielemans was called up to the Belgium squad against Wales in June of last year, highlighting just how talented this youngster is. For him to have broken into a squad with players like Marouane Fellaini, Witsel, Mousa Dembele, Hazard, De Bruyne, Radja Nainggolan, Nacer Chaldi and Dries Mertens is testament to just how far this youngster has come. As soon as Youri gets that first cap, it will surely propel him globally, and make clubs want to sign this highly rated Belgian.

With Euro 2016 coming this summer, if Tielemans can force himself into the Belgium fore it will further bring this player to everybody's attention. A summer move may not be out of the picture, and if Tielemans can continue his form in the Belgium league and if we see a glimpse of his talent in the summer, it will happen.

Considering his potential, all the big clubs will want to sign him, and you would think if he moved to the Premier League, he could fit in in various different clubs. If he truly is as good as FIFA predicts he is, I sincerely hope that he doesn't move to Germany or Spain, so that we can judge for ourselves and watch this fresh new talent come through and grow.
