Arsenal looking good, Man United back… 5 things we learnt on the weekend

There’s never a dull weekend in the Premier League, is there? We enjoyed a fantastic few days of football, with the goals having flown in once again.

It all started with Manchester United dispatching the champions, Leicester, in a comprehensive 4-1 win at Old Trafford, in which we saw that man Paul Pogba get off the mark for his new side – maybe that’ll put an end to the tedious tweets surrounding his record!

The 3pm games delivered too, with Spurs keeping up their fine start to the season while Liverpool hammered five past Hull City… and once again failed to keep a clean sheet. Man City also continued on their charge to winning the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga and the World Cup under the god-like Pep Guardiola with a 3-1 win at Swansea

Arsenal then battered Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday evening, but just 24 hours later the mood in another area of the capital took another set-back with West Ham losing (again) at their shiny new home.
