Alex Iwobi has been a revelation of late and the young Arsenal attacking midfielder has been showing Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil how to play.
His pace caused problems for Everton’s high defensive line before he tidily slid the ball under the ‘keeper. Wenger showed his faith in the talented forward by awarding him a start at the Camp Nou in midweek and he has been terrorising the Everton defence in the first half as a series of flicks, quick passes and intelligent runs have tortured the Toffees sluggish defence.
Just 19 years old, Iwobi is one of the first Gunners’ youngster to make a real first team impact over the past few seasons. As Serge Gnabry and Gedion Zelalem have been talked about and loaned out quicker than you can say ‘choking’, Iwobi has taken the chance as Chamberlain and Walcott have suffered with injury and dodgy form.
I'm not even daring to go on my Twitter feed.
"IWOBI THE NEXT INIESTA MAKELE HYBRID WONDERKID" is what I'm scared to see

Understandable, Arsenal fans love over playing their youngsters, but this one is special!
Iwobi is useful, particularly because he is a 'possession winger'. Unlike 'last touch of the attack' Walcott or 'run out of play' Chambo.

As good as Iwobi has been, he has gained from just how dreadful the two mentioned here have been. Arsenal’s standard early months of the year choke has allowed them to gamble on the 19 year-old, the Gunners’ failing campaign has allowed them to find a gem.
Meanwhile, Alexis Sanchez has been as prolific as Fernando Torres in a Chelsea shirt.
