Tuesday night was a memorable one for Everton fans. The Toffees defeated the Premier League leaders Manchester City 1-0 at Goodison Park in what is undoubtedly Everton’s best result of the season. It also saw new signing Nikica Jelavic paraded at half-time, but for the neutral, both of those events were outshone by one particular occurrence. In the first-half a football supporter hand-cuffed himself to Joe Hart’s goal and as a result the match was delayed by at least five minutes. Here are Everton’s Phil Neville and Tim Cahill talking to the protester, but what are they saying to him?
