Fancy tickets to the World Cup in South Africa?

If you sign up to Wrighty’s XI with The Sun you and a mate could be travelling to South Africa in the summer with Category 1 tickets for all of England’s group games in the 2010 World Cup.

From Monday 22nd February you can play Wrighty’s XI by getting your hands on The Sun newspaper and simply answering the free daily questions that are set. Interested? Read below for further details about how you and a mate can be part of England’s World Cup journey in South Africa.

How the Competition Works

For a chance to win the first thing you need to do is register for the competition. You can either text ‘PLAY’ to 81155 or sign up online by visiting the Wrighty’s XI website. Once you’ve registered, you’ll have more than a month to try and win yourself a place in Wrighty’s XI.

Once the competition has started on the 22nd of February, you’ll be sent a free football question every weekday from Monday to Saturday for five whole weeks. All you have to do is read The Sun’s football pages everyday, because inside you will find the answers to each day’s questions.

Once you’ve got the answers then you can enter them via the Wrighty’s XI microsite, or by SMS.

Every question you answer correctly gives you a chance to win one of two places available each week. So every time you answer a question correctly your name will go into the draw, giving you up to six chances each week to win. But if you only answer only one question correctly, you will only be entered into the draw once.

Each day’s questions will also be posted on the Wrighty’s XI site, so if you accidently miss a day you can still answer the question and will have until midnight on Saturday to send in your answers to all of that week’s questions.

Then in the final week, week six, there will be a draw for the final place in Wrighty’s XI. Every correct answer you’ve given during the weeks previously will give you another chance to win as well.

So if you get all the answers right on every day for the whole five weeks you could have another 30 chances to win a place in Wrighty’s XI!
