Man United star’s wonder strike equalled and then some!

Wayne Rooney’s wonder strike against West Ham a few weeks ago will go down as one of the best ever in Premier League history.

But that doesn’t mean to say it can’t be done again, or even bettered by someone far more superior to the Manchester United striker.

On Wednesday morning a very special football match was taking place at the Den, Millwall’s home, to help give prostate cancer a real beating.

The UK Parliamentary Football Club came up against a Men United Allstars XI that included Millwall’s all-time record goal scorer, Neil ‘Chopper’ Harris.

But while Harris was the ‘biggest name on the pitch at the time, it was Arsenal’s Assistant Club Secretary, Michael O’Brien that stole the headlines with an absolute peach of a goal that puts Rooney’s Upton Park belter to shame.

UK Parliamentary FC ran out 6-5 winners in a thrilling encounter at the Den, with the winner donating £100 per every goal they scored to Prostate Cancer UK.

It really doesn’t get much better than outshining the Premier League’s highest paid player and helping to save lives in one single swing of a right boot, does it?

Take a bow, O’Brien. Take. A. Bow.

If you want to help give prostate cancer a real beating, sign for Men United today. We can win this.
