10. We've Got Payet

Dimitri Payet 1

Dimitri Payet. The Frenchman lit the Premier League up with his freekicks, skills, passes and just general attitude towards the game.

A player of this calibre definitely deserves a chant this good! Adapted from the American classic ‘Achy Breaky Heart’ by Billy Ray Cyrus, West Ham fans have adapted it and made it their own.

A song that is this catchy and this upbeat can be dangerous as you’ll be humming along all day and night!

9. Dilly Ding Dilly Dong

Claudio Ranieri (2)

The 2015/16 Premier League season will always be remembered as Leicester City’s.

And they were led by Italian gaffer Claudio Ranieri who produced some absolutely brilliant quotes as the season wore on.

From calling himself ‘the Sausageman’ to comparing his team to the RAF the Foxes faithful’s favourite was a quote surrounding his excitement of finishing in the Champions League by proclaiming ‘Dilly Ding Dilly Dong’.

This evolved into a chant where Leicester fans carried on Claudio’s excitement by singing about their European tour.

8.Giroud

Olivier Giroud centre

The Beatles may have more ties to Merseyside than they do to Arsenal but it is the Gunners who have adopted this tune.

To the rhythm of ‘Hey Jude’ Arsenal fans can be heard bellowing this one out if their French talisman hits the back of the net.

The chant is easy enough for even the most fair-weather of fan to pick up and is one of those football chants that can have bouncing around the living room.

7. Spirit In The Sky

George Best

George Best. The flamboyant Northern Irishman man will forever be remembered as a legend at Old Trafford and beyond. His off the field personality was just as large as his on-field ability.

A fitting tribute is entirely necessary and United fans have done that with aplomb.

Adapted from the Norman Greenbaum classic, Red Devils have put their own spin on it that will have any United fan off their feet. Catchy with simple lyrics this one will definietly be getting a go for years to come.

6. Harry Potter Chant to Jonjo Shelvey

Jonjo Shelvey

Back in the days when Shelvey was a young prospect picked from the lower leagues by Liverpool, he found himself on the bench at Upton Park.

West Ham fans are known for their humour and struck gold with this one. People regularly draw comparisons between Voldemort and Shelvey and while harsh, it's probably a bit true.

Shelvey took it all in good humour and as a West Ham fan, he will have shrugged it off - still brilliant stuff from the Hammers.

5. We'll Just Call You Dave

Cesar Azpilicueta

After signing Cesar Azpilicueta from Marseille, there were some concerns among the Chelsea faithful about how easy his name would be for the English tongue. Azpi... Athpi... Athpili... DAVE!

The Chelsea faithful are really just making Azplilicueta aware that while he is in West London, he'll be going by the name of Dave! Hope he's happy with that!

4. When Suarez gets a pen...

Liverpool's Luis Suarez

The Urguayian frontman was a fan favourite during his time at Anfield. But he wasn't necessarily a favourite for the referees. From over-agression all the way to full-on biting, Luis Suarez began to pick up the reputation as a badboy during his time at Liverpool.

Liverpool fans felt hard done by and felt that referees often favoured defenders when Suarez was fouled in the box, which led to them coming up with this hilarious song.

There will be no more parties because of Suarez on the red side of Liverpool, but Klopp and his men will be hoping they can start a few without him.

3. Oh Coloccini

Newcastle United v Crystal Palace - Barclays Premier League

The curly-haired Argentine was a stable during a rocky time for Newcastle's defence.

As their captain he tried to gee the players up and, although he's lost a yard of pace now, he was once a great defender in the Premier League for Newcastle.

The toon army adopted this chant in appreciation of their solid centre back and this song could be heard throughout the city of Newcastle when the Geordie army really got going.

2. Here's To You Vincent Kompany

Vicent Kompany

Before Man City had their endless riches they signed a Belgian holding midfielder called Vincent Kompany.

He's come a long way since then - dropping back into the centre of the defence, Kompany has gone on to be a stalwart and a leader for Manchester City has they embrace this new era.

As you can imagine, the Citizens have a song to show Kompany how much they've loved having him around!

The song can be sung over and over again and is a great one for the concourse at half time. Particularly if Kompany is having a good game.

1. Yaya/Kolo Toure

Yaya Toure

As the Toure brothers' time in the Premier League comes to an end, they will always be remembered by Premier League fans both casual and committed.

While both at Manchester City, the sky blues fans put their names to No Limit by 2 Unlimited.

Since then it has been a classic appearing in both the stands and in smoking areas at nightclub the British public, and the people of the entire world, just cannot get enough of this catchy chant.

BONUS: Will Grigg's on fire!

Wales v Northern Ireland - EURO 2016 - Round of 16

Euro 2016 didn't quite see the exciting, free-flowing football we love to see at tournaments, but it did give us some highlights.

From Iceland's 'Thunderclap' to Republic of Irish fans fixing cars and cleaning up the city after themselves, Euro 2016 was a feast of fan culture. And nothing quite captured that mood like 'Will Grigg's on fire'!

Even before the Euros, everyone was signing it, but it exploded amongst the fervour and general good-humour of the Northern Irish fans!
