Qatari side Al-Arabi have identified Chelsea’s Nicolas Anelka as the marquee signing the club needs ahead of their season getting underway next week. Al-Arabi who finished fourth last year are offering to double Anelka’s wages by offering a contract worth £8.4million a year.
