Angel Gomes scores fine goal for Manchester United

Manchester United’s season this term hasn’t been spectacular but the club do have some positives to look upon, one of which is the tremendous form of young talent Angel Gomes.

The 16-year-old England U16 international is tipped for a bright future in the game and has reportedly attracted the attention of Spanish giants Barcelona previously, with Gomes’ latest strike showing exactly why that’s the case.

Managing to claim a hat-trick against Everton’s youth side before his 16th birthday, Angel Gomes showed his class as an attacking outlet once again last week as he finished off a fine Manchester United move to net a superb goal against Blackburn Rovers.

Starting and finishing off the move in United’s 4-1 victory, Gomes’ strike was captured by FFDTV Online and shared for the world to see.

Due to his age, he may be a little while off making his senior debut for Manchester United but performances like this will certainly help him stake his claim to make an impact and the youngster will be boosted by Marcus Rashford’s meteoric rise last term.
