Arsenal agree stunning terms with prolific £65m Chelsea target

Arsenal could be on the verge of a thoroughly sensational signing as Emanuele Giulianelli claims Romelu Lukaku HAS agreed terms with the club.

The 23-year old has been linked with blockbuster moves to the likes of Chelsea and Juventus following a prolific season for Everton, notching an impressive 25 goals.

Having left the Blues on a permanent deal in 2014, an emotional £65m return to Stamford Bridge was mooted as a possibility.

However, Giulanelli claims that it is the Gunners who have sensationally agreed terms with the Belgian forward as they ramp up their efforts to land a new striker.

The North London giants missed out on England international Jamie Vardy, who opted to pen a new deal with Leicester City following their title win.

Giulanelli goes onto suggest a bid will be formally submitted by Arsene Wenger and his club in an attempt to lure the former Anderlecht prodigy back to the capital this summer.
