After watching his ten-men show some battling spirit to earn a hard-fought 2-2 draw against Chelsea, Mikel Arteta leads Arsenal out in the FA Cup fourth round on Monday night.

The Gunners remain a considerable distance away from the top-four (ten points), and so the cup competitions perhaps represent the best opportunities for success this season. Standing in their way in the FA Cup is Eddie Howe's Bournemouth side – the Cherries of course being the first game Arteta took charge against.

Having only picked up one victory in his opening few weeks as Arsenal boss, the Spaniard will no doubt be hoping to get back into the winning habit. Below is a look at just how the Gunners might line up.

Arsenal's potential line-up to face Bournemouth

With it being a cup game, second-choice goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez will likely return to the starting line-up. In front of him, the Gunners' injury crisis means Arteta will not have the luxury of resting players in his back-line.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles should come in at right-back to help ease Hector Bellerin back into action, whilst Bukayo Saka will no doubt have to continue on the other flank due to Kieran Tierney and Sead Kolasinac being out injured. And at centre-back, Rob Holding and Sokratis could come in to replace the suspended David Luiz and Shkodran Mustafi.

In midfield, Matteo Guendouzi and Dani Ceballos could be given the opportunity to shine, with reports in recent days claiming that the latter has even asked to cut his loan spell at the club short.
